1. Galvanized frame, 2mm thick & wood veneered
2. Wing frame composed of 3mm thick steel tube
3. Wing skeleton middle part, 1,5 mm thick steel omega shape
4. Central cylinder, providing a 20 steel-bolt locking system+ 5 dead bolts, which locks the door in three directions, such that force on any 15 mm and 17mm bolt does not effect the others. Drill proof barrel, registered keys can not be copied, without authorisation from the owner, 3 keys supplied.
5. Hinges are special production steel adjustable, placed in 3 points.
6. Frame is covered with wood finish and comes with same colour casing
7. Door handle, Knob, Door Knocker in Brass finish (chrome optional)
8. Door viewer gives 180 degree view
9. High security retainer, for secure partial opening of the door (like a door chain, but far safer)
10. Inside the wing fibre glass filling provides insulation
11. On the frame, a security capsule to protect the lock system from outside
12. All around wing frame is covered with stainless steel to secure the door and lock system.
13. Inner face of the door is plain, without model**

In order to provide maximum security and optimum strength, we apply different fitting technique for partition based walls.
Before we assembly the steel door, we use hardwood frame. Hard wood frame goes into main frame that is located all around wall. Main frame provide main guide to apply hard wood frame. This is the most important part of fitting.
As you know if you apply the force from one point to a subject, depends on how this subject can distribute the coming force all around its surface. If this subject can face one point to sustain a force, it is going to be very weak, but if this subject is facing more than one point its strength is going to increase.
What we do is, we place the hard wood frame to main frame with 8 steel bolts (each of them 10mm thick), than we tighten them to each other firmly. This is the first stage of the fitting. Than in the second stage we use special expendable liquid fill all around the frame not to leave any space. This liquid gets like a rock in 1 hour, and stretches frame all around it. As I explained to you about the coming force in the previous paragraph, when we apply this procedure we provide full attachment to partition, which means subject faces to wall all around it. This provides that coming force distributed all around the wall. In other word, if you can break a door with 100 kg force, now you need to apply 1000kg to break it and even more. In the third stage of fitting, we cover all this work with steel reinforced steel structure to increase its strength even further.
Other important point is, wood can not observe the coming shock and force. But steel door and its skeleton can observe the shock and reduces coming power instantly. It means before coming force effects the frame, steel structure is going to observe most of the coming force.
Basically we use physic, proper fitting technique and material.
