Order Procedure

• Image doors will give you professional advice on your replacement door from start to after sale service.

• You would have so many questions, if you have a single door, you can either call us or send an e-mail via ‘ survey request’ form with your details and the approximate sizes will help to give the right price.

• If the door extended Door with panels above or on the side , you can send us a pictures, drawing and the approximate structural opening measurements, and door design and type from our catalogue, than we can able to provide the price.

• If you require specific design, you can provide us the picture(s) of design with measurements via e-mail. We can advice you about the alternatives, either exact match or similar designs.

• Once we finalized the design and price, our engineer will come and take final measurements.

• Always you can send an e-mail or give us a call for any questions or for an advice. Please be aware that everything we do entirely customized to you from scratch.

• Once order is been done, you will receive a technical drawing of your door, you to see the proportion of each section. You can make any alteration from this drawing, until you are fully satisfied the look of your door. Once you authorize the drawing, we can start making your door.

• Once your door due to finish, we call you to make an appointment for installation date to your convenience
